Search Country House in Long Beach

"This was easily the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. Throughout the night, I was woken up multiple times between 12:00 AM and 4:00 AM. The walls are incredibly thin, honestly thinner than 2-ply toilet paper, and you can hear everything happening in the hallway. The environment felt chaotic and uncomfortable. At one point, children were running through the halls and screaming late into the night until someone finally yelled around 3:00 AM for them to stop. Around 4:00 AM, I was startled awake by someone aggressively banging on a door, repeatedly yelling, “Give me my phone back” for several minutes. The banging became louder and more intense, and it genuinely felt concerning. The type of people and behavior encountered here says a lot about the place. On top of that, the room quality was poor, and the stairwells smelled strongly like urine. Overall, this was a disgusting experience, and I would not recommend staying here. "

"This is a sad excuse for Hilton properties. We understood that the hotel shuttle would take us in a radius of 1.5 miles; however there was a 15 minute wait that ended up being 30 or so minutes in an open air golf cart. "

"Front desk staff was very nice and recommended restaurants as we requested. Liked the market place and staff also."

"I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful (shout out to Jackie) and the property was clean and well maintained. The location was convenient; I could get food, coffee, and there's a CVS just across the street. Most of all, I felt safe."

"The hotel is in an ideal location for travelers using Long Beach Airport. However, be prepared to hear airplanes taking off from the nearby runway. It didn’t bother me personally, but I can see how some guests may find it disruptive. Our bed was listed as a “king size,” though it definitely felt smaller than the king bed I have at home. Parking was convenient when there were no hotel events, but on two days during my stay it became difficult to find a spot due to event traffic. Overall, the hotel was very nice, and the staff was extremely friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again."
