"We checked in on August 20, 2026, after traveling 33 hours to California to celebrate my husband’s birthday. ❤️ I wanted to have something delivered to our room as a surprise for him when we walked in, but I didn’t realize I needed to plan ahead—and with everything involved in such a long trip, I simply didn’t have time to arrange anything before we arrived. A couple of hours after checking in, there was a knock at our door. To our surprise, a bottle of wine and two glasses had been delivered to our room! 🍷❤️ What a beautiful surprise! My husband’s face lit up, and it made our special trip even more memorable. Experiences leave a lasting impression. Sometimes it’s the simplest acts of kindness and thoughtfulness that mean the most. Thank you so much, Tatiana Brown, for going above and beyond and making my husband smile. We are truly grateful for your kindness and thoughtfulness. You helped make his birthday trip to California even more special! ❤️ These are the moments we’ll remember long after the trip is over. ✨"

"Beautiful ocean view room with spa. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They wrote our names on the lobby surfboard to make a beautiful memory for our 50th wedding anniversary. They even decorated our room with towels shaped like hearts and a trail of flower petals! Such a wonderful experience. Very comfortable bed. and exceptional service."

"The keys kept giving us problems and the hot tub was pretty hot the first day we stayed but after the first day it started to give issue and wasn’t as hot. And the free breakfast was really good and the location was perfect , the only thing was the keys were not the best. We had to replace the keys multiple times because we could not get in our room. We would stand outside our door waiting for a new key and stood outside attempting to open it multiple times."

"The property is very convenient and walkable to restaurants and activities in the Harbour. Onsite parking was a plus. We did not utilize the free breakfast so no idea what that was like. The room was fine and had a larger mini fridge, big tv and the rooms were a good size, plus we had a balcony. The property itself is old and is showing its age. Having said that we would probably stay again due to its convenient walkable location."
