"Easy check in/check out process. The room was very clean. The location is awesome! Just right across the street from Disney! There was also a couple late night food places available right outside and a little mini mart! Definitely recommending this place and definitely coming back! "

"The suite was great size, clean , nice views and comfortable. The pillows much too soft though. Drinks and food good. Amazing time at floor 34 revolving bar. The service throughout hotel was subpar. With the exception of valet dept, every single other employee we encountered in any area were surprisingly unfriendly and not helpful - front desk, bars, restaurant… it’s like everyone there hates their job or something. Definitely expected a better level of service from a hotel of this stature."
