"Breakfast was good. Clean Room, spacious. Loved the basketball court on site. Staff friendly. Only bad thing the view faced a homeless guy with his tent but it's the city so it's expected. "

"Beds were clean, as well as the bathroom. Water pressure was not great, and we had to ask for more towels every day. We had 4 people in our room and only received 2 towels daily. The pool is small, but nice. Everything was WAY overpriced, as most hotels, but especially the coffee bar. No microwave in the room, but it was listed as an amenity. "

"The hotel is undergoing a remodel and we weren't aware of that while we booked, but staff made all attempts to accommodate our every need. I left a pair of shoes in the room at check out and to my surprise, they were still there when I returned from my cruise 6 days later! "

"The ship and the room are lovely. Very fun to stay on board and you can wander a lot of the ship without paying for a tour, which is very nice. The only reason I took off a star is that the walls are SO thin. They warn you about this, but it's REAL. Definitely ask for a fan on check in- you will need the white noise. They really should just have them or a white noise machine in every room. When you're woken up by the person in the next room at 11pm, 12:30am and 2:30am (no joke), you won't want to then walk down the hall to the desk to get one. Just have them in the room already! I would stay there again, but I would definitely get a fan first thing. One other recommendation: get drinks at the Observation Lounge at sunset. Lovely!"

"Allowed me to check in 2 hours early (after a long flight), empty soap dispenser in shower, no pen in room. Clean but normal "extras" not to be found. Excellent staff, great location, convenient airport shuttle, 20 miles to San Pedro cruise terminal"
