I made another solo leisure trip to Osaka and wanted to stay at a new hotel that was a good balance of value and convenience. Overall, I had a good experience during my stay at this hotel. The location was in Honmachi, which was a nice change of the more chaotic areas near Umeda and Namba, while also being very accessible to either areas by metro. The room was comfortable and spacious for the price point. Lastly, the staff was professional and helpful when I interacted with them. I did not have the hotel breakfast or visit the bar, since I ate at my favorite places in the area and only came back to sleep. However, it was a very enjoyable stay and a good hotel for solo leisure travel.

We stayed for 10days and had huge problems with air conditioning unit. The staff were always quick to respond to my emails, but very inefficient. Out of 10days we had 4 days with proper air conditioning and even with it working the amount of water that was coming out of unit was ridiculous, i sent videos and on the last day they offered a room change and late check out, we were leaving at 0400 so didn’t take the offer of the room change on day 9 of stay.
Good points of hotel- breakfast- washing machines- 7/11 across the road and 10min walk to underground stations.
Bad points- bad at fixing something vital in a heatwave!!!!!
