One thing for all fellow travellers to be aware of is that you must wait at the exact spot for the shuttle driver to pick you up; otherwise, the driver would just drive away, even though the driver saw you."

"Fantastic hotel. Prime location, beautiful outlook onto the river and mountain behind. Beautiful interiors and rooms. Fantastic restaurant - we enjoyed breakfast and dinner and an evening drink up there. Kinosaki onsen itself is lovely we visited 3 onsen with the pass that they provided us. Highly recommend a 2 night stay. Easy train tourney from Osaka."
