Kinosaki is an amazing place to visit. Nishimuraya is one of the further away properties from town but super accessible via regular shuttle or walking. We had an overall amazing experience. The room size was extremely generous and we enjoyed the traditional Japanese style of the room. The buffet breakfast was decent and the public onsen was good. The highlight was the Private onsen which was an additional charge but worth every dollar absolutely stunning
The staff and amenities were top notch. We had a wonderful Kaiseki meal that will be a fond family memory for years to come. Thank you for such a memorable experience!
This is a beautiful Ryokan, and even though the facilities are not brand new they are not lacking. Breakfast was very good and the Onsen were very spacious and felt the most new out of all the area.
This is our second time at this hotel. The only disappointment is the buffet breakfast. Food was just okay, nothing special, no fresh omelets. Last year we had private dining in our room which was special, this year in a private dining room. The dinners were very good and well presented. I asked for their special sake as an aperitif and they served for every dinner. Their onsen had a hot tub, large pool and outdoor pool and afterwards had several free drinks . Their staff is very kind and we especially liked Ming , our waitress during the private dinners. This hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to town , or train station. We enjoyed our stay.
If I can give it six stars I will .It is elegant, staffs were courteous, hot spring area is outstanding! Dinner is like Michelin stars restaurant. Breakfast buffet is also outstanding. Weâll definitely come back again.
This place is SO nice. I loved every aspect, from my room to the onsen to the breakfast buffet. The town is really nice too. Quiet though, so if you're looking for vibrant nightlife this isn't it đ
Great services and very friendly staffs, enjoyed the private onsen in the room and the breakfast. The hotel has beautiful waterful natural view from the lobby and the forest garden view from the private insensitive.
This property is a 5/5 for sure, this was a highlight of my trip. Spend a little extra and get the premium suite with the private bath. The staff are all amazing, they are super professional and always helpful. The hotel Onsen is amazing too, its baths + sauna were so relaxing. The danger about staying here is you never want to leave the hotel.
This was a lovely hotel with onsen. We decided on a half-board which was breakfast and in room dinner which was wonderful. There were 6-7 course dinner. Beautiful grounds, afternoon drinks , nice gift shop with a great assortment of snack foods, gift items, etc.Staff were very helpful .
This place is amazing. The Onsen is a luxury and we enjoyed it to the max. Dinner was served in our room every night and it was delicious. We will definitely come back.
This hotel is beautiful, extremely clean and attention is paid to every detail. We stayed in a traditional Japanese room which was a wonderful experience. The tatami beds were so fluffy and comfortable. They provide robes and slippers so you can visit the 7 hot spring bath houses in the village. Breakfast was also very good. Itâs pricey but well worth it for a one of a kind experience!
Excellent choice for Kinosake-Onsen. Staff was above and beyond amazing. Incredible location. We were a bit worried that this might be too far from the center of town but on the contrary, it was an easy walk and we enjoyed being in a quieter location. Walk into town was beautiful. Can not recommend this place enough!
Everything about Kinosaki Onsen is a dream! The view from our hotel room looked like a painting. The rooms were very spacious. More like an entire condo than a room. The staff were very prifessional and friendly. We felt like royalty. My son lived the pool. It was great to have a shuttle bus every 30 minutes. Loved everuthing about it and would love to reurn!
This experience was top notch! Wonderful staff. Every step of the way my friends and me were taken care of and made to feel welcome. The food was better than a 3 Michelin star meal we had earlier in our trip and our room felt authentic. This was a true spa experience at a fraction of the cost you would pay in the US, but with much better service.
