Extremely disappointing experience. This hotel was very small, inflexible, and not accommodating whatsoever. My reservation was made months in advance, yet they were unwilling to make any changes when my travel plans were affected by flight delays. I arrived around midnight due to delays, and the front desk employee, Kumar, told me that the hotel was willing to refund my reservation as long as Expedia approved it. He specifically instructed me to contact Expedia to arrange the refund. After spending my time contacting Expedia, I was told that the hotel had actually informed Expedia that their policy did not allow any refunds and it was stated from Kumar. This was extremely frustrating and felt very misleading. If the hotel was not willing to provide a refund, they should have simply said so from the beginning instead of telling me one thing and Expedia another. The entire experience made me feel that the hotel cared more about keeping my money than providing reasonable customer service or accommodating a guest dealing with travel delays. I would not recommend this hotel. The lack of flexibility, poor communication, and conflicting information from the front desk made this a very frustrating experience

We really liked this hotel! Super close and convenient for Universal and some fun family rooms with bunkbeds that the children loved. We would definitely stay again.

Great staff great restaurants on location and very convenient location. Room TV was a little outdated but that’s a very minor nitpick.

Beautiful day at this hotel. Rooms were large and beautiful. Location was close to station and Shinbaiahi shopping street. Staff were wonderful. Special thanks to David at reception who helped with luggage forwarding, booking appointments and making phone calls to confirm opening hours for facilities we needed. Treat yourself and sty here!
