Acceptable, but not once apologized for the inconvenience. We were treated like we did something wrong. Returned as they stored our luggage. The 3rd time we finally upgraded to a suite and wish we would have booked in the beginning. It was comfy and pleasant. Grounds overall are pleasant , good buffet breakfast and lunches are excellent, pool area great! "
