"I love the location—I've always had a soft spot for Shenton Park/Subiaco. The apartment block was nice and quiet too. Lovely place with a nice feel, and the owner was very gracious and accommodating when I misplaced the door key. Would definitely stay there again."

"The apartment is located in an awesome spot - close to everything we needed. Our property owner was friendly and prompt to rectify an issue we had. The only gripe - the listing stated that the flat was air conditioned. Coming from a part of WA where that means the whole home we were shocked to find that only the bedroom had aircon. With a child having surgery we needed a cool space for her to recover. This was addressed by the owner and a portable unit was put in the living area, which is where she ended up sleeping."
