Fantastic new hotel close to the city centre. Great pool area.
Awesome I was very happy with my experience at the Duxtons
Strategic location, near to the two main train and bus stations (Elizabeth Quay and Perth). Also near to halal cafes in Hay St, Murray St. We had 2 toddlers with us, the 2 double beds were the size of 2 queen beds, it was a perfect fit for us. About 15mins walk to Bayswater car rental, much cheaper ...
Room and facilities great. Restaurant service not great and rooftop bar does not have good acoustics to deal with crowd.
Friendly staff member on arrival that provided great service. I wish i got her name so i can let you know.
Lovely room, excellent service , close to everything , would stay again
Good location, walking distance to city centre
New, modern hotel with good amenities. We found the twin room a bit lacking in space and our outlook from the 4th floor was only of other buildings with construction of another hotel next door. The hotel front and entry is very confined with dining tables to the side of the foyer. Staff were friendly ...
Very accomodating to my wife and I as we had a newborn. Very happy.
Perth may be known for its sunny and warm beach days, but its cool factor is rising as well. A hotel in the central business district of Perth will give you a front row seat to all the best this trendy capital city has to offer, from top attractions to the latest foodie stops. But where to stay, and what to see? We’ve got you covered.
Where is the Perth airport?
The Perth airport is about 15 km east of the city centre. To get from Perth airport to the city, taxis are the fastest—and most direct—option. However, there is also a city bus, number 380, that runs from the airport to Elizabeth Quay in the Perth CBD. If you’re getting in late, there are plenty of hotels near Perth Airport where you can get a good night’s sleep.
What is the best area to stay in Perth CBD?
Where to stay in the Perth CBD depends on what you’re looking for. Near Elizabeth Quay, you’ll find cultural attractions, shopping and dining, and ferry service to South Perth, home of the Perth Zoo. East Perth has many beautiful gardens and is excellent for sports fans looking to catch a game at WACA Cricket Grounds. Business travellers will most likely want to stay near Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre or in West Perth, a popular commercial area.
Where can I park in West Perth?
West Perth parking is easily available—there are many convenient, well-secured lots and garages in the area. If you’ve booked a hotel in West Perth, consider ditching the wheels and going by foot and public transportation. West Perth is convenient to Kings Park and Botanic Garden, the Parliament House, and the science museum, and it has its own subway stop as well, for travelling further abroad.
