"Just a combination of small things made it an unenjoyable stay. - Stains on towels - 2 days in a row room wasn't cleaned (even though sign was placed on door) - No wine by the glass available room service, bottle only - No powerpoints accessible in bedroom had to get on knees to get behind bedside table - No bottled water in room - arrived to hotel late, room service was also closed on a Sunday when I arrived "

"We have stayed in other 5 Star hotels in Perth and been disappointed. Ritz Carlton DID NOT disappoint! Lovely hotel, great location. Rooms, spa, pool, bars and restaurant all clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble for staff. Felt very welcomed and well looked after for our stay."
