Great location for a conference. Spacious unit with nice modern finish. Cooking utensils are a bit minimal (only 1 pot available and no pans). Rooms are not cleaned regularly, but I don’t mind this. No breakfast available, but can order a basket to cook yourself (I don’t mind, but just be aware for those that need this)

Staff were pleasant but didn’t deliver when asked for a bin bag 3 times to empty our rubbish. Was told no clean until checkout after 4 nights stay. Had refurbishment happening while staying but failed to be informed upon booking. Or leading up to it. Run down bathroom cupboards. Dirty tile areas. Parking was expensive and not at the hotel as they had very few spaces for parking at the hotel. Good location for our needs. Was given 1 hour extra to checkout for one room only, but we still appreciated that.
