"Our summer stay at Mark's place in King's Beach was great. Quiet, beautiful view, convenient location, classy and clean, and so much more. To top it off, we experienced a severe thunderstorm warning while we were there, and we promptly received a call from Mark to check in on us and make sure we were alright, and to reassure us to call him if we needed anything, despite the storm. If I could give a bonus star for this stay, I would. Mark get's an A+ from us."

"Absolutely loved your property. I picked it to propose to Lauren - and it was perfect. Her parents and mine watched the proposal from inside and we all celebrated together. The proposal and family was a surprise. We hope to come back many years to come. Washer didn’t work and property manager never followed up after our Sunday call.
