Newer 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Home with Hot Tub.
This comfy home is conveniently located in the flat of the Kings Beach grid. Stay just 3 blocks from sandy Kings Beach and only 8 miles from Northstar Ski Resort.
Several restaurants are within walking distance with Safeway nearby if you prefer to cook in the fully stocked kitchen with gas range. The TART stop is close if you want to leave your car in the large garage space to head to the slopes or casinos. Golf, mountain bike and hiking trails, zip lining courses, water sport rentals, several ski resorts, sledding hills, ice skating, snow mobile tours, casinos, shopping, nail spa, boat launch, rafting, fishing, equestrian trails, and the beautiful beach are all just minutes away.
Stay in to enjoy grilling on the deck or in the backyard, WiFi, 55" TV/cable with DVD player, music or relaxing in the large hot tub. Delight in dining around the beautiful, locally crafted, live edge, pine table that easily seats 8. You can sit with a drink in hand on the 2nd story deck around the gas fire table. Open living space connects the kitchen, living and dining space to the south facing wall of windows. Central to it all is a bar wrapped by 4 tall stools.
Top quality linens, master suit robes, and comfortable beds will spoil you. Enjoy the tranquility you find in each of the thoughtfully decorated rooms.
Parking can easily accommodate 4 cars. Boat or trailer can fit in the driveway. There is snow removal in winter for your convenience. Additional amenities such as a wagon for hauling the provided beach towels and cooler to Lake Tahoe's Kings Beach are included in your stay for your enjoyment.
Although not childproof, the home welcomes youngsters with plastic dishes and full size baths to clean up before bed.
Limitations:
Please be aware that several stairs lead to the front door and living space.
The owner has a dog that visits; therefore, people with severe pet allergies may not be suited for this home.
Cabinets containing cleaning supplies are not locked and therefore accessible to little ones.

We stayed at this lovely house for 3 nights for a girls’ trip in late July. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Tara thought of literally EVERYTHING - from kitchen and bedrooms needs to beach gear. I would 1,000% recommend!

Great & Relaxing 4th of July

Check-in and check-out process was quite simple and the house had everything you could need to have a wonderful family vacation in Tahoe. Would absolutely go back to this property that is in walking distance to a number of good restaurants and the beach!

Perfect base for a Tahoe ski trip

This is a great property for a ski trip, perfect location for North Star, a bit further to Heavenly but easy for a day trip.Features we loved - we were able to drive into the garage with the skis on the roof, chairs in garage for changing out of snowy boots, hooks to hang jackets, hot tub, super comfortable bed, robes, big dining table, easy walking distance into town - White Caps Pizza is great, bus stop, Safeway. At great fit for our needs.

This cozy place is in Tahoe is perfect for family/friends stay. I loved the attention to detail that the host has taken to make this place (gourmet gift baskets, quality beddings/towels, all the kitchen stuff, great lighting, clean garage/hottub/fireplace). The host had mailed us well in advance about customizing lock key-codes (This is the first time in our trips the host customized to this level). This was perfect!Location: The place is a block or two next to the beach. So, one of the biggest vacation headache of finding parking spots is no more there

This property is lovely, they go over and above for guests experience down to folded towels and guest robes. Our favorite part was the hot tub after a long day of skiing & snowboarding. We will be back! Thank you Tara, you’re amazing!

Tahoe and Reno Air Races with our family

We had a wonderful relaxing fun stay and adventure! The house is most well set up vacation rental we have stayed at we were all very impressed and pleased! Tara our host responded quickly to any questions we had about the house! The location is fantastic and the house amenities were so enjoyable! We can't wait to return next year!

Fantastic home for family vacation

We stayed here in August with a family of adults and kids. Tara is very thoughtful and the house has everything you need for a beach vacation - beach towels, chairs, umbrella, coolers, wagon, kayak and paddleboard, and even sand toys. The house was clean, had plenty of extra linens, and a lot of thoughtful little touches. Tara was prompt and clear with communication and an excellent host.

A definite must in Kings Beach

A Beautiful modern house , with a cozy cabin like feel. The house was nicely appointed with a rustic old world craftsmanship furniture and breathtaking Tahoe art in every room. The Best feature was how fully stocked the house was. From kayaks and beach gear to kitchen wear. Place was all set up for you to cook a great meal.
