"The sofa bed was in terrible condition, broken and uncomfortable. The pool was closed and we were not notified. They wanted to charge for a 1-hour late check out, there was no grace period. They also would charge for losing the key. The location is great for hiking, close to the village. I wish the hosts where more kind, the rules more flexible and upfront about what we’re not getting."
