We enjoyed breakfast each morning, it was great. This is definitely an older property, but clean enough. The beds are on the harder side, but the bedding was clean. The employees were prompt when we had questions. The pool was closed for the season, but we did use the hot tub and it was very warm.

It was easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go in the Heavenly shopping area, the gondolas, and some of the casinos. Great for bigger families. There is some wear and tear in the property, which is to be expected for a lower end hotel, but was clean and comfortable and big enough for our family of 5.

a lot of options for breakfast, the area is clean, and the personnel are making sure that all hot and cold food is refilled. The room is clean, the carpet needs to be changed someday soon, look dirty but doesn't smell bad. Staff are nice and approachable.
