The Space:

Crystal Bay and Moon Dunes Beach are both less than 1.5 miles away. During the winter, skiers and snowboarders will love being only 7.5 miles away from Diamond Peak Ski Resort and 8.5 miles away from Northstar Ski Resort. Restaurants, groceries, and shopping are all just minutes away into town. This Kings Beach vacation home features a cozy interior, lakefront view, and HOA access to the lakefront swimming pool and tennis courts.



Entering inside the home, an open floor plan welcomes you inside. The elegant living room is furnished with comfortable seating gathered around a Smart TV (with streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu). WIFI is also provided for your convenience.



Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island. Smaller kitchen appliances provided include a blender, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and wineware. Gather at the dining table with seating for 6 to eat a home cooked meal with your loved ones. Alternatively dine alfresco on the lakefront balcony. The balcony is clad with a gas BBQ - perfect for grilling up a juicy steak, and a patio table set for 4. Sip on a glass of your favorite vino while watching a breathtaking sunset over the lake.

Note: Kayaks and paddleboards on-site are not accessible for guest use. However, there is a boat rental shop just down the road for rental needs!

Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees.

Beautiful view of the lake

This is a great property with a beautiful view of the lake. We were able to relax and enjoy our few days of a fall vacation here. Great space and layout of the home. Grand Welcome, who manages the rental, were easy to reach and responsive when I had a question and were great to work with. We plan to come back.

Right on the lake

The property is in a great location. You can walk right from the back deck to the water. Great views. Comfortable. Bathrooms are updated. Has a great community pool that over looks the lake. Great place to go with family or friends.

Great property; needs dome maintenance

Beautiful view. Lovely home. Maintenance needed: dishwasher wont lock & cant be run, faucet broken in kitchen, steamer spout missing in nespresso machine, ice maker doesn't work, all shampoo/soap dispensers empty in showers, 1 ceiling fan inoperable, need more towels for 6 people.

Intro to Tahoe

Absolutely LOVED the unit! This was our first time visiting Lake Tahoe, and with this property being right on the water, it did NOT disappoint! Views were spectacular! Plenty of room for our group of 7. The only issue that we found is when we first arrived, we couldn’t find the building very easily. I don’t think that I ever saw numbers on the building. If they are there, they were not very visible when one is arriving at dusk. That was a minor bump, but definitely not a deal breaker for returning.

Lake Front

Stunning lake views… Great location; close hikes, dining options, water sports. Only one bath towel per guest proved. Dining room chairs broken (2) stuffed in closet. Carpet in living room needs Shampoo or replacing. Condo did Not have wine glasses and BBQ not working (it is electric). Response next day with glasses and repair.

Mostly Marvelous

The location of property was amazing ! Breathtaking views ! Easy access to water and amenities. Wonderful home 😍 Overall clean but noticed outside patio furniture was not wiped down . Some crumbs from food and stains from previous guests . We were disappointed to find a large amount of what appeared to be sand in one of the guest bedroom beds , as though bedding had not been washed from previous guests. Trouble igniting fireplace on numerous occasions BUT we can say that when we contacted the manager he was EXTREMELY friendly and prompt in sending maintenance to fix the problem and even went as far as to come verify it was working properly himself . Thank you 😊

Stunning Lake Views & Gorgeous, Warm Home

This is an amazing property to be sure. It is extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated and well maintained. It had everything we needed for our stay. The master shower and water pressure were awesome. The master bed was very comfortable. The lake views are really amazing. You are only steps away! The fireplace was so warm and wonderful. There was only one downside to our stay. The dishwasher broke down on the third day of our 8-day stay. I called the property management contact. A repairperson was sent the next day. Unfortunately, he was unable to fix it so we hand washed our dishes for the remainder of our stay. We cooked in on most nights.

Location, Location, Location

We spent 5 nights over the Thanksgiving Holiday and overall enjoyed the stay. The location is what sold us. The views from the back deck are spectacular. The unit itself was comfortable but has some deferred maintenance that absolutely needs to be addressed. Part of the draw to this location was that it advertised a gas fireplace. It did not work the entire time we were there. They did send out a maintenance tech but he indicated that they have been having issues with the fireplace for sometime which make me wonder why they have taken care of the issue. It was a HUGE NEGATIVE as it was an absolute must for us due to the time of year. We were extremely disappointed. The plumbing from the upstairs master bathroom had a fairly good leak which dripped into the leaving room area. Once again we called maintenance and they come out but said they could not do anything do to it being a 'Holiday Week'. Kitchen faucet was not only loose but swiveled to such an extent that you have to hold it down with both hand to turn the water from hot to cold. The RFID key that needed to be used to access the pool was not working. We asked if they could reprogram but were told by maintenance that they would request. He also said the pool was closed but that was not the case. We walked by several days only to find out it was not only open but recently remodeled. If it had not been for the fireplace not working I could have easily overlooked the other misc setbacks...

Cabin

Overall the place is nice and in a good neighborhood, we stayed before in lake Tahoe and aways used a cabin to stay and some of the cabis have kayaks for the gest to use and gas grill if fire is not permitted, we think that this cabin is in the perfect spot but need some of those stuff for the kids like the kayaks will will be back to lake Tahoe but probably choose a diferent cabin

Great stay- awesome location!

Our family of five had a great stay at this rental… beautiful house, clean and amazing location! Lake Tahoe is just a few feet away from the back deck! The community the house is located in is clean and safe and it’s walking distance from King’s Beach and plenty of restaurants and shops. We had to call the property’s helpline a couple times and they answered promptly and helped us right away. Only complaint would be we wished they had more extra towels, paper towels, etc on hand but that was a minor issue and we had a great stay. Definitely would recommend!

Our family had a nice stay at Brockway Springs there were a few things that were a major disappointment. The property just didn’t seem clean. The carpet in the living room was filthy. My granddaughter was crawling around and her feet and legs were dirty. There were cobb webs and mold in some of the showers. The outside area didn’t even seem like it was cleaned. Furniture in the living room looked quite worn. I was also frustrated that no beach towels were provided being near the pool and lake. Having to reuse your bath towel or wash right away in order to have a clean towel was time consuming snd a bit of a pain on vacation. The property and location was beautiful. If it has a good cleaning the rating would’ve been higher.

We love Brockway

Great property for a group. We loved sitting on the deck looking directly at the lake. Brockway has everything you need for a fun family stay in Tahoe. This unit had everything we needed for cooking family meals and relaxing.

Winter Paradise

The condo was very spacious with enough comfortable seating, sleeping, bathing and eating for everyone. The view of the lake and access to the town exceeded my expectations too. A definite comeback to visit kind of place.. thanks for sharing your beautiful piece of paradise.

Lake Tahoe in all its glory

We enjoyed everything about this home! The house is very well cared for and nicely appointed. It's a short walk into town or to the sandy beach (a beautiful rocky beach is just steps from the porch). The views from the porch and balcony are simply amazing!

Many views of Lake Tahoe

Great condo, well appointed and with the most amazing location. Right on the lake and just as advertised. Very comfortable. The views from the deck and balcony are fabulous and great spots to watch the lake in all different weather and light.
