"The lock of inside on my room is broken and won't close. I have to lock it with a key, but the light won't turn on unless I insert the key, so I need to use my cell phone light. The bathroom and toilet are shared, so I need to use my cell phone light to open and close the door every time I leave the room. "We had a lovely stay at Hotel Splendid. The location is very convenient, especially being so close to the lake, which made it easy to enjoy the surrounding area. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection and was a lovely way to start the day. What stood out most was the friendly and attentive staff. They were always willing to help and took the time to welcome us, guide us, and offer useful advice as first-time visitors to the area. Their warmth and helpfulness made us feel very comfortable and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again."

"Had such a great stay here! The lobby and glass elevators are beautiful, guest rooms are spacious and in great condition, and the rooftop pool + bar has incredible views of Hanoi - and live music on the rooftop was such a great experience. The breakfast was also delicious, and the hotel’s car service to the airport was very reasonably priced and more seamless than taking a Grab. Would definitely stay here again!"
