"Tempur Mattresses! Stayed three days end of May 2024 and was happy with the choice. A stone throw from Time Square but a nice, quiet, upscale hotel. Upgraded to 35th floor and had a good view of Times Square right below. Carpets look to be showing their age with stains, wear and tear. Bathroom was nice but the bath was stained that would not scrub out. Awesome power shower and a huge king bed with a Tempur mattress which made up for things after a long day walking the town. Location is very good. Times Square metro is just a short walk away giving access to most major lines. 123 downtown (get on the 1) for twin towers and Statue of Liberty (take the free Long Island Ferry that goes right past the statue rather than paying for expensive boat trip to the island) and the route 1 again uptown to 59th Columbus Circle for Central park. "

"We travelled as a family of four and used this hotel and it was perfect. Spacious for NYC with QUEEN beds which is hard to come by. The staff was super friendly, and the cleaning staff did an awesome job! I’d recommend. "

"It was so easy to get to broadway and Times Square. The subway was literally across the street too. The staff at front desk and luggage area couldn’t have been more helpful. "

"This hotel was in a perfect location, huge family room beautifully clean, felt safe and secure and staff were excellent. The only issue we had was on arrival to the room, to find only one bed for 3 people and no sofa bed. Went to reception to be told it would be an additional $45 per night for a rollaway bed, after a 20 minute discussion with the hotel it was agreed they would provide this FOC as my son is 14 yrs old, it was not appropriate for him to share with myself and my friend who was travelling with us as suggested at one point by the hotel. Expedia really need to make people aware of this on there site if sofa beds are not in the room as suggested on the advert."

"So close to everything walkable. Much quieter than I expected for it being literally in Times Square. Hotel itself had great amenities and felt modern. Easy walks to Broadway shows and food. Would totally stay here again. "
