"This place is a 10 out of 10. Quiet, staff was friendly and helpful, condos were super clean and well laid out, and well supplied, such as real pots and pans made of stainless steel, some teflon, but not all. Right on the water and right in town. If I ever go back to Kona, this is the place I will stay for sure. "

"Very nice stay, even considering there was a massive event going. The staff is incredibly friendly, there’s a bunch of shops/amenities inside the place, getting in and out from town was easy. It’s not the most incredible resort beach, but for the price it’s fine. Easily travel to other beaches nearby. Only negative I have was the aircon didn’t work one night, but was quickly resolved. Would come back "

"Parking can be a hassle on some nights if you get back late but otherwise we love this place. We’ve stayed many times and will be back again. "
