"What a delightful surprise, both the property and surrounding area of Camperdown. I chose the larger cabin for a short stay. Amenities, cleanliness, and layout of accommodation were tops. Learnt about the connection in the area to Robert Burns, including an annual Burns Festival. Note: park is not within walking distance to town or shops. Note: park is surrounded by views and natural features. Looking forward to staying again. "

"The best motel that we stayed at during our 17 day trip. Everything about our room was perfect. The management was fantastic! We had to extend 2 extra nights and the manager went out of his way to accommodate this at a special price. We can thoroughly recommend this motel. Des & b Bev."

"This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them. We stayed for a week on daily rates but had no top up of supplies. We had to supply our own soap, bin...
