Not much to like, squeezed in the room, not even two matching chairs for us to sit and eat at. Plastic plates etc...really! Only place to provide such rubbish. No heating in bathroom, TV so small could not read football scores without getting up and walking to TV. Surprised you could actually call the place a Motel, if so it's one from the 70 and 80's. So small room on other side of bed makes it hard to use that side. Not impressed with owner's large dog friendly or not wandering around without supervision either. No knowledge of dirt road either, defintely would not have taken it known that. Door to get in had to be pushed forcibly to get it open x 3 and the lockwood lock was pathetic in this day and age for security. The heater/air con had light showing through from the lawn on the outside, I could see it in the daylight, doesn't help with the cold and the loudness of it when working should be outlawed. Country retreat if you want to work on a farm with owners certainly a comfortable restful place to stay so far out of anywhere. Princeton where it is labelled is miles away, out in the sticks and advertised incorrectly for what it is and for the exorbitant price for what's provided.
