Both were professional and supportive to offer us help without prompt. There was a drunken guest shouting and yelling on Day 2 @11pm and I immediately called the enquiry to ask what has happened. We didn't expect the front desk staff had a record of this and gave us a box of chocolate to apologize. Attention to details and I plan to come back again to stay. "
