Great location within walking distance of Dongmen pedestrian street. Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. There are staff that are able to speak both Cantonese, mandarin and some english. Room was spacious and clean, with the bathroom being almost as big as the bedroom! I always recommend Crowne plaza, especially in China!

I stayed The Crown plaza hotel for business for three nights. It was enough clean and spacey for short business trip. There were a lot of local small restaurants serving super affordable noodles, dumplings and other local dishes around the hotel.

This hotel is close to shopping, restaurants and MTR station. The room we booked was advertised as 36 sqm but the actual size is, at most, 30 sqm.

The service at reception was great. Kindly curtesy manner and good attitude with his services. So it gave you a good impression before you walk into your room. Room is specious and with good mattress. Breakfast was great and people were very nice. On the whole they are excellent hospitality. The hotel situated in a good busy street with lots of restaurants and facilities around. Will come back again.
