"I loved my stay at Jiangnan house! It was beautifully designed, located at the heart of Nantou, with endless choices of restaurants, cafes and shops right at the door step. It even had a lovely café on the ground level serving specialty coffees. Staff were very friendly too. I highly recommend. "

"這洒店的工作人員是用心去工作，我在退房後在大堂候車，看到大堂處理行李員工，處理客人之間事情非常有禮和快捷，我等網約車司機找地點有小問題，我找前台的服務員幫忙，一位年輕人，他馬上幫助拍照片send去司機， 還幫忙拿行李出門，非常感謝，早餐時也看到有經理巡視餐廳，員工清潔俾其他酒店更好，房間清潔也十分到位，下次到深圳一定住回這家酒店"

The room configuration we booked was no longer offered (posting error at Hotel.com website) but the staff immediately upgraded us to a bigger unit with our stipulated configuration. The unit was like newly renovated. Location wise, it is just a short walk from the mtr lines 2 and 12. I highly recommend CM+."
