Room windows cannot be opened and in side of room is a bit hot (27’C/81’F, Winter time). Since the hotel WiFi blocks VPN (L2TP) connection, I needed to use mobile roaming date to work while the staying.

I stayed at the same hotel 10 years ago, I found it was dated back then. With the recent visit, nothing was changed. Still feel very dated, although well maintained.
My room was on the non-smoking floor. However, upon entering the room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The receptionist quickly re-assigned a new room without questions asked. The new room appeared to be clean without smoke smell. Unfortunately the 2nd night, I could smell the smoke again. My guess was someone was smoking and the smell traveled through the ventilation into my room.

One of service desk persons was not patient when my friend was asking about parking validation. The service desk lady was rude though she did not speak any bad words to my friend. I hope it will never happen to other guests and visitors of guests.
