"This is not a private space. It is the upstairs of a house, the hosts use the downstairs. There is no lockable door between the two areas. The hosts stay behind a shut door, you walk up the stairs and the living room is at the landing of the stairs. It feels very open and not private. Each individual bedroom is lockable but this does not work if you have children as they may want to go to your room in the night. When we stayed, there was no top sheets, only half the pillows had pillow cases....

"Room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a one night stay. The attached club did a great dinner. Mostly quiet except for was the nearby train that came through randomly, but ear plugs fixed that. Off street parking out front under flood light but not secured from the street. Nearby IGA supermarket was handy for a couple of purchases. Easy check in and out."

"The house and room are new and modern. The host was communicative and the other guest / resident was amiable. Unfortunately, the area itself has a bad reputation, and I found that someone had pried open the door to my gas pump. Aside from that, a splendid stay. The room and bathroom are a special experience."

"Stayed there for a night after visiting Werribee Safari. It is very conveniently located near the town for food and groceries. Our standard trip room came with 3 single beds and a long study desk and 3 chairs. It was perfect and we could all have our own space. Owner was really friendly. Room was clean and i loved the fact i can just unload my baggage in front of the room. Highly recommend."

"The house is in a quiet area, plenty of parking and right on the water giving great views. There's a large shopping center within a 5 minute drive. The dining room table is huge easily seating 8-10 people, the seats are a little uncomfortable if sitting for any length of time and feel a little cheap. Seating options are very limited in the lounge area with only a couch with removable cushions for back support. The beds were comfortable with a mix of hard and soft mattresses across the 6 rooms and all the rooms/beds were clean. The shower in the master bedroom was great for me, I'm 6'6 (2m) tall, and could stand under the rain showerhead. They must have endless hot water as we had 6 people staying and no-one complained of having a cold shower. The host Annika was fantastic to deal with and very prompt in responding to any emails or questions. The mobile phone reception in the area (no matter if Telstra/Optus) is ok for calls, but terrible for data, but the house WiFi worked great. The central heating worked wonderfully on the cold evenings we were there. The TV doesn't have Wi-Fi/network access, so you can't do screensharing with any devices, but there was a HDMI cable in the TV that you can use to plug a device in. The fridge is large and modern, with a cold water and ice dispenser, however strangely it isn't plumbed in so that doesn't work, we couldn't see a water reservoir to fill in the fridge if it was stand-alone, so we had to go to the servo down the road for ice."
