"The people were very nice and very helpful. They even have a person that will arrange tours for you. The hotel has everything you will need. Short walking distance from restaurants, farmers market and other shops. When I come back, I will stay there again."

"The resort itself is beautiful, well maintained, and has a lot to offer, so overall we enjoyed our stay. That said, if you’re staying in the Ocean Tower, be prepared for a lot of walking. The tram service was very slow, and parking was not only far away but also $48 per day, which felt excessive. Our room was decent, but we did notice ants near the bathroom and bed area, which was disappointing. Overall, a nice resort, but there were definitely some inconveniences that took away from the experience."
