"What a wonderful 2 nights we had at the Nantucket Whale B&B! One of the absolutely best experiences we have had at a Hotels.com property! The room was very accommodating and had everything we needed/wanted, including a jetted deep tub with a hand-held feature. Both breakfasts were delicious and my husband raved about the coffee. Wine was available in the dining room, as well as Biscoff biscuits. Parking was plentiful and the inn was centrally located to restaurants and shopping on Main Street. We had dinner at Pasta Moon, which was recommended by a staff member; it was within walking distance (2 blocks) and was outstanding…a Michelin rated restaurant in 2025!"

"Wonderful stay. Everything - from the room to the amenities to the food to the golfing to the scenery to the staff - was amazing. My boyfriend also got a wonderful dessert each day of our stay for his birthday. Highly recommend! We will be back soon."

"This was my first time staying here and the place is cute and very close to the shops. Upon arrival there was no one available for check in as advertised on the website and the front door. I also called the phone number on the website and the front door has posted to which no one answered. Thank goodness for a housekeeper and groundskeeper that called the owner (Sandra) to ask what is going on since several families were standing outside to check in. After 2 hours they did an over the phone check in. I spoke with the owner to express my disappointment and she told me if I don’t like it I can go somewhere else then proceeded to hang up on me. I noticed in the common area there was a phone with an answering machine and I see there is 49 calls with messages that has not been answered. After checking the reviews more extensively I’m seeing this is not uncommon at this establishment, as it has happened before. I definitely will not return and I highly recommend other more accommodating hotels in the area. I will say the staff was incredible under the circumstances but didn’t appear to be surprised at the time of the incident. "

"The place is wonderful—very cozy and comfortable. My husband, our teenage daughter, our dog, and I stayed here and really enjoyed it. It looks like the unit has been recently remodeled, and while the photos don’t exactly match, the overall feel is the same—actually, it’s even better in person. It’s more spacious than expected, the bathroom is clean, and the remodeled kitchenette is cute, usable, and convenient.The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood. It was a bit of an adventure walking my dog and finding paths around the area. The beach is about a 20-minute walk.For the price this rents out, I would recommend adding a Keurig coffee maker and some basic utensils. I made dinner and then realized there were no utensils, which was a bit frustrating. I’m sure we could have reached out since the hosts were responsive, but we didn’t.Another small suggestion would be to add a foldable dining table.Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Our stay was excellent! The property was clean, the kitchen had what we needed, and it easily accommodated our family of five (two adults, three kids)! The backyard with fire pit was a great place to hang out and make smores. The property was beautiful and relaxing. The check-in/check-out process was easy. We had a great time!!"

"BEAUTIFUL home in a beautiful neighborhood just steps from the ocean. Everything was clean, well maintained. The owners were so nice and responsive and getting in and out was a breeze. This was the perfect spot for us and our 3 children to stay the week and enjoy the laidback coastal life, but with the ability to venture downtown to San Francisco to take in the tourist sights."
