Excellent choice for a short stay. Very quiet and pleasant perfect for relaxation. Very clean and with friendly staff. Nice garden and very close to a very nice walking trail. Nice restaurants close by.

Wonderful staff!!! Clean rooms, wonderful complimentary breakfast. Quiet location with a lot of beautiful places to walk and wonderful views. 10/10! complimentary soda, coffee and seltzer water was a plus! Access to free water, also a plus! I would only suggest adding a fan to each room. I was visiting in the summer, and it would have been nice to have some air flow in the room.

This place was soooo lovely. The walk around the property down to the ocean, through the Cypress Tree tunnel was magical. The coffee machine was amazing. I was able to make a cappuccino whenever I needed it. It was quiet, peaceful. Loved the garden. Breakfast was nice and the two bedroom suite was much nicer and bigger than we had thought it would be. Would love to return someday.

Private small 11 room B&B next to a marine reserve. You will love the quaintness of the property as well as the staff making sure all you needs are taken care of. Great breakfast is included in the price of the room.

An absolutely wonderful stay! This is my second time staying here. It’s so cozy and on such a beautiful property. The staff is so kind and welcoming. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with a personal patio looking into a gorgeous garden and a fireplace. This is one of my favorite places to stay!

Wuksachi Lodge – Spectacular Setting, but Some Improvements Are Needed 🌲✨ Wuksachi Lodge is surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of Sequoia National Park, and the location is truly spectacular. There were definitely highlights to our stay. Dinner was wonderful, and the stargazing was absolutely incredible! Seeing the night sky surrounded by such magnificent natural beauty was an unforgettable experience. However, there are some areas that really need attention, particularly when it comes to accessibility and guest convenience. Getting our luggage from the parking area to our accommodations was surprisingly difficult. The uphill sidewalks have multiple switchbacks, making it challenging to maneuver luggage carts. To make matters worse, portions of the sidewalks are broken and uneven. We nearly lost our luggage off the cart several times trying to navigate these areas. The nighttime lighting was also inadequate, making those same walkways even more difficult to navigate after dark. This is not simply an inconvenience but a potential safety concern, particularly for guests with mobility limitations or heavy luggage. Our room itself was fairly basic and somewhat underwhelming compared with the spectacular surroundings. While we thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant, incredible stargazing, and natural beauty, the lodge would greatly benefit from improved walkways, better lighting, and easier luggage access. Seal Cove Inn is top notch! A peaceful retreat that is welcoming and comfortable. The rooms are consistently immaculate. They are spacious and beautifully appointed, each with a toasty working fireplace! The staff are always friendly and accommodating, and knowledgeable about the property and surrounding towns. The daily breakfast selections are fresh, healthy, delicious and locally sourced. Daily freshly baked cookies are complimentary as well as a happy hour featuring a lovely selection of wine and beer. A five minute walk to the tide pools is beautiful with adjoining trails that take you through a magical grove of Monterey cypress trees! Seal Cove is my "go to" to rejuvenate and recharge my spirit!
