"Clean room, nice breakfast, quiet, and comfy bed. Nice to have a freezer in the room’s fridge (even though it was tiny). Some of the staff seemed less friendly and really didn’t like the virtual front desk thing. The location isn’t ideal, but not terrible."

"The location was great, and the place was clean, we were just a bit thrown off that the location was part of an existing Bed and Breakfast, but without access to any of the B&B perks. We also booked the site because it said the Main bedroom was on the Main floor (my in-laws have trouble with stairs), but we missed the note in the site information that indicated that the Main floor for this site actually required going up a set of stairs to get to this level. Lastly, the site information said the booking included one parking spot in the lot, but since this is part of a B&B, all the spots (4-5 spots) were taken by other guests, leaving us with either street parking or parking in front of the garage (and then getting blocked in by other guests). Overall the site was a great location, we just wish we had been more aware of this other information before booking so we could make sure the unit checked all of our boxes."

"The host was very welcoming. She had a nice surprise waiting for us in the fridge on arrival. She was easy to reach and very friendly. The house is very nice. The kitchen was well equipped. The house was clean and smelled clean. The washrooms were clean. There were lots of towels and beach towels. The backyard was nice, with a table, chairs and a firepit. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. The beach is an 8 minute walk, but you cannot swim there because of the riptides. Still, beautiful sunset. The beds were comfortable. Extra bedding/covers were available if needed. Highly recommend this house.We were about 45 minutes from downtown San Fran, depnding on traffic in San Fran. We were about 35 minutes from San Jose depending on traffic too. But, it was nice to be on the coast. The drive up to San Fran along the coast is beautiful. "

"This little tiny house is a dream! It’s in a very nice neighborhood with close proximity to a walking trail to the beach. The host has thought of everything and made sure that you have what you need. I travel with two small dogs and the enclosed yard was very nice and private. I will definitely return!"

"Fabulous location! Easy walk to downtown. Spent one day hiking in the redwoods, coming back to the house for lunch and then off to the Fitzpatrick Marine Reserve for tidepooling! All within a 20 minute drive. After picking up dinner and bringing it back to the house, we walk into town for some amazing gelato. The home has all you need for a great experience in Half Moon Bay. "
