I was very thankful for the staff who allowed me to change my booking without charge (I made a mistake). She was very kind, however I do wish there would be two staff in the lobby at all times because it gets busy and having only 1 person there makes the waiting time soooo long.
Unfortunately our room had ants in the bathroom and the beds 😔 the pull out bed had dirty sheets and room service never came to clean our room/provide new towels. We had 4 adults and 1 child but the room only had two sets of sheets. The Woman at the front desk did let us know she could give us our sets of towels for the 3 nights at once, or that we could go down and get them as needed, but I feel there should have been more towels available. They have no airport shuttle, which I feel they should since it’s fairly close to the airport. We had stayed in the Springhill by Marriott in San José 2 night prior to arriving here and were bummed that it wasn’t as great. The facility in San José only charged $1 each for laundry services, provided 1 pack of detergent for free and also had a bag for laundry (this hotel did not). Again, I do appreciate the kind staff, I wish she had more assistance. I also appreciate the breakfast!!
