"The property is facing stunning beach view and I love the calmness around the area. Need to drive to over the bridge for more shops and bay watch. Great under shelter parking in the building parking. It'll be great to provide hair dryer and WIFI for convenience and necessity. These are pretty standard these days. "There is a cockroach problem. The fan in the lounge room is over the skylight so is horrible and you can't use it without risking an epileptic fit. No air con and everything in the home was damp after the rain, even our beds. It smells like a nursing home/ old stuffy cupboard and The key jams badly so it takes 10 minutes to get in and little things like the vanity being sticky taped together let the place down. On a good note... Location was fabulous and the camp bunk beds in the main bedroom...
