"Everything was good except we think we had the hardest bed in all of Canada. We spent 2 nights and by the 2nd morning I had a hard time moving from the back pain. Other than that we enjoyed everything else: the staff was friendly and professional, spaces were clean and the breakfast buffet was quite good (we especially appreciated turkey as a protein option)."

"Great location in Canmore. Rooms were dark and noisy. Could hear every footstep of guests walking on the second floor. The building itself also made a lot of noises. Couch wasn’t very comfortable. The room blew a fuse when using the blow drier. If you’re not going to be in the room a lot it’s a decent place to sleep if you aren’t a light sleeper. Their shuttle service to the spa was very handy. "
