The staff here are friendly and helpful and would be a reason to come back.
Sadly, my partner and I found that the trains running 24/7 were too noisy for us (the train tracks are directly next to the hotel). As well, since this is a family friendly hotel, there was lots of noise in the hallways from adults talking and children running up and down the hallway.
Due to the covid pandemic, the only way to get any time at their pool/waterslide (the hot tub was closed for repairs) would be to pre-book [each day bookings opened at 0700h, but staff told us people would be found lining up before 0700h]. We never bothered trying since we only stayed two nights.
Overall, I can see the value offered by this hotel - easy access to downtown, including lots of restaurants; good amenities [when they're able to be offered outside of health restrictions]; good price. However the noise issue [from both the train and other guests in the hallway] outweighed the good for this couple with no children.
