Residences much more comfortable than Star Hotel and very close to Casino if that’s what you like. But plenty dining options and pool/spa choices were great. Wished we stayed longer at residences than the Star Hotel.

Definitely high class accommodation with excellent facilities. As a family with kids we felt a bit 'out of place', however that is to be expected since it is located at the Star Casino premises.

Disappointed with the property. I booked a 2-bedroom unit and it was the smallest 2-bedroom I have ever seen. The floor was dusty. The car park had no clear signage. It was hard to find the exit. And, every time we got out of the car park, we had to buzz because the system failed to scan our number plate. Definitely, not going back there.

Beautiful views from our room. Plenty of space. Loved the pool. Great location, easy walk to Pacific Fair and the beach. Plenty of great cafes and restaurants. Staff very friendly.

Lovely hotel. Disappointed that the spa was out of action. Balcony furniture didn’t have cushions and was uncomfortable. Tv in room wasn’t working and had to get someone to fix it. The HDMI cable had been removed. Great location amazing views and dining fabulous.

The lifts are terribly slow! You can be waiting for 5 mins for a lift! Also beds are very hard! Other than that was very clean & tidy.

The outside downstairs is the Garden kitchen and bar, which is so noisy at night until 11pm at night. Even inside the room can still hear the music.

Stay at the Meriton instead. Horrible hospitality.
Where do I start. This place is a horrible hospitality experience. Phone calls to reception don’t get answered. Can’t validate parking without having to visit the casino office on level 3 before you leave (which is a 10 minute walk from the carpark) and parking rate changes depending on the day. Thursday night was charged at 2x the Tuesday and Wednesday rates. Construction workers take up lower 3 floors of parking. Views out the apartment are of cranes and fat construction workers on the opposing tower. Zero signage in lifts and in car parks so navigating anywhere is horrible, inconvenient and time wasting. 1 way out of the complex so it’s a 700m walk to Pacific Fair which is literally 30m across the canal and road. 300m walk out of the complex just to hit GC Highway to then walk to Broadbeach. I wish I never stayed here and I will never return.
