Enjoyed the view and facilities. Great hotel amenities. Was not provided with tea and coffee. Maintenance issue - power point in bathroom 2 shorting.

Our stay at peppers soul was great. Perfect location across from the beach and within walking distance to a large number of dining options, activities and shops. The pools were amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was lovely except for the cleanliness of the apartment. Once checked in and inside of the room, we noticed that the counters, floors and windows were not wiped down. All the dishes were stained or Damaged. And my final issue was I wanted to order another set of towels and after putting through the request I didn’t receive the towels when the company said they would organise it. I had to message them again and once again that did not happen. When checking out I asked for a refund for the towels that I didn’t receive and the claimed that the housekeeping left them on the floor of the hallway which everyone has access to. And which is dirty. Overall I would just look to book with the actual hotel or appartments rather than go through qstay

Great stay, needs improvement
Great room with an amazing just what I requested Friendly staff were so helpful and professional The room might need abit of an update with new furniture and equipment for the kitchen as most of it is old or doesn’t work The room should of been well stocked as i was promised but we did run out of most things halfway through our stay Overall it was a great

Absolutely love our stay at Soul in an ocean view room. The unit is really clean. WeAccommodate were really helpful, kind and welcoming, good deal with them, thank you guys we really enjoyed and appreciated our stay, hope to be back with you guys.

What amazing views
Great 3 bedroom apartment on 50 floor with ocean views. The only issue is having to load the dishwasher and put the rubbish out. For the price this should not be part of the deal.

It insures that the apartment is left clean and smell free as some days the rooms are rolled over by our housekeeping for the next day. The property was visually lovely. the décor was well thought out and the floorplan spacious. the only thing that let this down was the hustle and bustle of needing to collect the keys from a different location and then needing to make our way through the traffic. Then needing to checkout, removing your car from the car park and having to return back to the room to place the keys on the bench. However, I would most definitely return to this location.

The properties location was great and the facilities were in good condition, but the apartment we stayed in had a lack of appliances, (no toaster no kettle) The apartment could off also been cleaner, nominated areas were dusty and minor mould areas in the bath and on bathroom tiles were visible... considering we were paying top dollar to stay there Foxtel would have also been nice..
