Unfortunately the rooms are classed as Ocean View, and not Ocean Front only because of the way the rooms are positioned in the apartment as we have North, East & South facing apartments. We try our best to allocate as per requests, however unfortunately these are subject to availability. In terms of the late check out, again this is subject to availability and is able to be provided if we have the capacity for this. We hope we can provide a more enjoyable stay in the near future.
