Wonderful stay at the Novotel. Staff were friendly, buffet breakfast was awesome, pool was nice and it was in a great location. Parking got a bit crowded on Saturday evening and difficult to find a park in the surfers mall car park, frustrating when you’ve paid $25 per day and had to drive around for 30+ minutes to find a park to get up to your room. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I will be staying at the Novotel again.

Hotel is superbly located for bars, restaurant. slingshot and beach. Suitable for families. Great pool. I had great view of beach and centre but obviously rooms on other side will have different. I am returning in 2027 and I will make sure Novotel is my destination.
