The rooms are pretty outdated and the bathroom was fairly old with a shower head that had little pressure. Also no housekeeping availabe and you had to go to reception to get refills like toilet paper or towels. The single beds were uncomfortable to sleep on as the springs just sanj down in the bed when lying on it

Master bed room was very noisy just like we were sleeping in the middle of the road. Windows insulation was no-existent. we have to use the toilet role paper to make the ear plug for the first night to reduce the noise impact and have some sleep. Next night, I approached the manager and requested ear plugs. He promised to make the ear plugs available next afternoon. But ear plugs never came and finally after 4 days we checked out.

Stayed here recently in one of their apartments with my husband and our kids. It was great, very clean, close walk to the shops and train/bus was close by and easy to use. The reception staff were amazing and very helpful.

Staff were lovely but not great with communicating the basics which had us a bit confused on parking and re entering the building and how to get to the pool from our tower which is different than the others and contradicts info on map. We were not able to check in untill an hour late due to room still being cleaned but staff were kind enough to offer a late check out in compensation. Room was clean and tidy but I was glad I always have basic toiletries as the cleaner hadn't bothered to refill the shampoo/conditioner and body wash station. That aside, we had an amazing stay and can't wait to return. Lagoon pool is amazing and Love how close to all the restaurants and buzz of Cavill ave it is. Great place for families.

Was incredibly noisy on level 2 making it very hard to sleep. Would recommend some noise proof shutters go in these rooms. Also, in the 3 bedroom apartment the two rooms were double and we had 3 children. Wasn’t clear on website when booking and would have had to pay $80 extra per night to upgrade to a room With single beds. Also, a bit inconvenient to not be able to have extra security fobs. Our 15 year old really needed one but reception said no.

We really loved our stay at Mantra of chevron T2. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Our apartment wasn’t on the cleaner side of things but this didn’t effect our time. I did ignore it however I’m an easy going person, I feel if it were someone else they would have made a fuss over it. The bathroom especially was dusty, built up dust on the toilet roll holder the roof and the laundry cupboard area. The mirror was obviously not cleaned and the aircon vents were not clean either, the decor on walls the same, had thick dust built up. This was throughout the apartment. As I said we loved our stay and will happily come back however someone is being paid and not doing a thorough job :)

Love the Chevron, have been visiting for years. I do think the security is a bit over the top, it gets annoying having to scan your tag absolutely every time you go through a door (even internal to the resort). Facilities are great, staff are great, location amazing.

The Hotel is in a fantastic spot close to the centre of Surfers and the beach. It has a great pool area and we really enjoyed these things for our short stay. What was annoying was a clicking sound coming from the air con or sprinkler system in the bedroom, not sure which, but it was totally random and not good for sleep. Also not good were the 4 dehumidifiers running 24/7 outside our room door. There had obviously been a leak of some sort, so we know it needs to be dried out, but nobody spoke to us about this or thought about turning them off during the night when we were trying to sleep.

Great location, we are were in tower 1 which connected to the shopping centre (Coles, and the other shops). Great for young families with kitchen, laundry and bathtub. Plenty of food options around and walking distance.

Great Location however the rooms are outdated and the room we had was infested with Ants, finally on our third night we moved rooms after the manager said they had cleaned the ants and they couldn’t control it. Second room also has ants but not as much. Never had ants in other apartments around the Gold Coast. Will not stay here again, plenty more renovated places to stay at.

We had a lovely stay at Mantra. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and perfect for a family of 4. We had two balconies, both with waterviews. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool area was lovely; indoor pool was another great option. It was great to be able to walk everywhere. We had a great time and will be back.

The 2-bedroom apartment need to be refurbished.
The two bedrooms apartment has a good view. However, the room needs to be refurbished. The dishwasher does not function well. The beds are uncomfortable. Overall, all the furniture need to be replaced.

A good location central easy walk to surfers paradise close to light rail nice restaurant down stairs in mall. Coles located down stairs. Nice choice of pools and spas. Indoor pool and spa. We enjoyed our stay. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Unit was well stocked enough crockery etc. Secure parking.

Staff were great and it was in an excellent location. The pools were awesome. The room itself wasnt very clean - we had to wash the cutlery before using and the floor and extra blankets were pretty grotty. But it was passable for a cheap and cheerful short family get away.
