We have been coming to this hotel for 18 years, it has never failed us. Always clean and tidy and the amenities are fantastic.

The apartment needed some updating for the shower as the grout was dirty and mouldy. The base of the shower was the same as wet the door seal Vacuuming was needed under coffee tables and dining table and chairs No information was available for activities at reception for the area they had run out

The rooms we had were in desperate need of renovation - at the very least a coat of paint. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work, the wardrobe sliding doors were stuck, the toilet kept on flushing and flushing, the bedlamp didn't work. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional.

I think we have found our perfect place, after staying in so many hotels/apartments over the years. The location is wonderful, it’s quiet, and the apartments are very comfortable. It also has great pools. Overall, the Mantra’s architectural design, combined with the art works and human touch creates a very joyful and peaceful atmosphere.

Had such a lovely stay, the staff were amazing and the pool area was great for kids. Only dislike was the internet offered aaa very weak and we ended uo using a lot of our data for the kids to watch movies or anything of night time

We were able to hire a stroller. The pool area was superb for little ones Staff so helpful and happy greeting you every day. Close to shops Our apartments were very spacious

We had a great stay here, the appartments are exactly what you need for a family holiday. The hotel decor is dated however none of that is an issue overall. The staff were all great to deal with and very helpful. We had a small electrical issue with the rage hood that could have been very dangerous however staff attended to this promptly. Highly recommend the Thai restaurant at ground level of the building! All 3 pools were fantastic for the kids, cash only at the kiosk so be prepared, has all that you need while travelling for food, coffee and kids pool needs! Overall a great affordable apartment complex for a family holiday.

Property situated in central spot, easy to get around, pool area lovely, apartments clean and spacious but becoming dated for the price. Not very happy that returned to room to find tradesman working without any consultation to us.

We really enjoyed the room, I would have thought staying for 5 nights that the cleaners would have come even 1 time and cleaned and given fresh towels. I thought hiring towels for the pool is something new to us. Never have we had to do that before. And the doors are hard to open and close been the sort of doors they are. They really need a handle or something on them. I will say the room was clean and they did go out of their way to make sure the bed was soft due to myself suffering back pain. Will for sure return.

We loved our stay! The hotel room was a little run down but the cleanliness was great and it was perfect for our family. The service was amazing and the staff were kind and friendly. The only things I would mention for others. *The Wifi is very weak. *There is no Sky or streaming so bring a device that can connect (via cable, Chromecast does not work due to the sign in on the Wifi) to the TV. * Bring your own soap, theirs is gorgeous but locked in place at the sink and in the shower, so if you want to use their big bath you need your own. These are no way deal breakers! We still give the Mantra Crown a 5 star, as it was perfect for us and we had an amazing stay!!

Location perfect
Perfect location with the bus on one side and tram on the other. Surfers Paradise Cavill ave 8 min walk and coles 5 min walk Smokers - no smoking on balconies and no seated smoking area, there is a set of stairs down to the footpath that makes you feel real classy. Thai restaurant on site - beautiful food! Their website doesn’t show take away but they do takeaway!

Stayed in a two bedroom ocean view room - while the room was a little dated it was HUGE for the price and very clean. Nice view and very easy walk to Cavill without being too close. Kids loved the pool and easy walk to patrolled beach.

Dear Cody, sorry we were not able to impress you. I dont think there are many apartment hotels in Australia that will service your rooms daily. Only 5 star hotels provide that facility. However we respect your feedback.

Great location if you dont want to be in the middle of the hussle and bussle. Easy walking distance to restaurants and Cavill Ave. Loved the Thai restaurant located on the ground level next to the magnificent outdoor pool/lagoon. Also has a very large outdoor spa along with indoor pool, spa and gymnasium. 1 block from the esplanade/beach. Amazing lobby area with huge high ceiling and a large water feature. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was spacious with kitchenette overlooking surfers paradise and the main bedroom with king bedand balcony overlooking the beach. The 2nd bedroom had 2 singles overlooking the city with amazing views to the mountains. The lounge room balcony overlooked the city. Better maintenance in the apartment needed. Bathroom taps leaked, shower door would not closed, main light in bathroom wouldnt stay on. The Tv had terrible sound, the volume had to be up loud to hear the talking but turned down when music and action scenes played. Kitchen amenitites were ok with tea and coffee sachets provided however not enough sugar and no pepper or salt to cook with. Had to buy these and throw out what we didnt use or leave in the cupboard in the hope someone else would use them. Staff were polite and helpful. Parking is complimentary but finding a park was frustrating as there were more private parks than guest parks but always found one. There must be alot of residence who live at the property. Overall it was clean and safe and a great place for kids.

Good facilities, but really an apartment with no frills. Can get a proper hotel for same money. Staff were nice. Property was clean although lots of our room was falling apart. Handles and windows and other furnishings were just tired and old. Great for kids and good location.

Rooms need updating. I had to struggle to slide the bedroom door closed. Peeling walls. Not at all a comfortable place to stay. There was only a couple of nice people at reception but my initial interaction just felt like I was annoying them by being there. Yea we go there early and understand check in time was at 2pm but just a simple can you call us when it’s ready was too much if an ask.
