Starting to look a little dated

This is our second time staying at the property. The apartment was in good shape and comfortable, but there were a few issues - an awful smell under the sink that we reported and was promptly resolved. The lifts were appallingly slow and only 2 appeared to be working. The parking is very tight and required great skill to exit the car after you'd parked. The property overall is looking a little dated, but is still in a great location being super convenient to everything which is a huge plus. We generally enjoyed our stay, but not as much as the first time.

Horribly noisy, the hallway smelt of dog urine.

The unit had dirty walls, there was mould around the taps in ensuite, the toilet seat was broken, the balcony had salt dust all over it. The main bedroom air conditioning didnt work, the pillows had severe yellow straining.The air-conditioning leaked down the walls, The worst part was the smell of dog urine either on the hallway carpet or in the neighbours house. Never again

Fantastic Location

The property was overall a great stay. Close to shops, casino and Broadbeach restaurants. Although the apartment had very little glass wear, no toilet paper and the aircon did not work well in the bedrooms and leaked from the vents. We purchased some glass wear and a large packet of rolls to leave at the apartment for the next peoples convenience.

Lovely break

The property was satisfactory, however we found the bedrooms way too light in the morning. The blinds were not suitable for the harsh light entering the room each morning. The location was great however very noisy. We could hear quite a lot from the road even though we were 15 floors up! There were some build defaults in the room - for example the bedroom door was difficult to close as the door dragged on the carpet. Some of the furniture could also do with an update. The complex was lovely and overall our accommodation was good and suitable for our stay.
