What I like: Location and spacious The property is located in very good location. very close to shopping mall, casino and beach. The room is spacious What I don't like: Room The room doesn't look clean. The carpet looks dirty. The room has the old room smell. It just doesn't give you the clean vibe. The fridge makes sudden loud noise and it keeps waking me up in the middle of night. I don't think I'll stay here again.

Very nice two night stay and the staff were so nice handy to everything room very nice and spacious had to park on the street, as limited parking, in the heart of Broadbeach, would definitely stay here again, nice pool and spa ect

Easy check-in. Would have been better if we could have parked underground in their car park. But we were at least able to unload our suitcases there and find parking on the street. Loved that there was a washer and dryer in our suite.

Convenient location in Broadbeach. But definitely not 4 star accommodation. All photo maybe taken at least 20 years ago. Room was very old.

Car Parking is free but limited. Once full then street parking is free - please check signs. Other paid parking in the area available via secure park 2 buildings up.

Probably my fault for picking the cheapest property in school holidays. I dont usually rate this low, but it is definitely not 4*, at best 2*. Good points, Has limited underground parking, a washing machine to share for 2 units. Otherwise generally dirty.

Room 811 was a disgrace. Mould in the frond door jam, lifted carpet exposing nails, empty bottles under the bed and a glass cutting board glued to the benchtop. This room was horrendous. I left 2 days early and was only given a small refund - it was too bad to stay any longer. The cafe still had a sign up relating to COVID in 2020! Needs new management asap

I felt for the cost we didn't get anywhere near our money worth. We were only staying there after our house had no power and was damaged in the tornado that hit the gold coast on Xmas day. So already $3700 was a lot for a week due to our home being habitual

Good location to beach and shops.
Nice and comfy, room and bed was excellent. Was comfy for 3people. Did realise towards the end it was unlimited internet. The only complaint i have or my luck was the dryer was in service and was unavailable. Pool was nice and clean. I definitely will be booking again in future stay.

The property was extremely outdated. The reception informed me of a $200 bond upon arrival which would take 14day for refund. Staff said there was resturant then informed me that it was getting renovated. Pool and spa was good. Close to beach and facilities. 2/10 stay

Check in was great and easy. Parking was convenient. The room was ok a little dated. But I believe the hotel was midway through renovations. Annoying that the lifts didn’t have an up or down arrow to identify which direction it was travelling. Again if that’s all I have to complain about it wasn’t to bad. Also having no restaurant onsite was a little annoying. Will stay again though.
