The Avani was such a beautiful, well presented residence. We were lucky enough to get a room on the 31st floor and the views were incredible! The apartment itself was immaculate and had everything you could want or need when staying at an apartment. Locations was also a massive plus with a variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We were very impressed and will be choosing Avani for our next GC stay!

Apart from great location, we parked our car on arrival and there it stayed. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Front office staff were great as was other staff we came across during our stay.

The guy on reception was smart took the payment first and than said the air condition is not working in whole building and later said we can provide me refund because he knew that where would I go on last minute I said to him I will find a property as soon as I start exploring options all of the sudden he said we have a room available where air condition is working shocking staff terrible experience.

Highly recommended!
The hotel is fantastic! It is in the perfect location in Broadbeach. Close to amazing restaurants and public transport and across the road from the casino and pacific fair. A short stroll to the beach and the heated pool is awesome! Definitely will book again!

Check in was great.. very helpful on the desk, helped us with parking and upgraded us to a bigger room for nothing! Room and ocean view was stunning! The gym was okay but quite small for such a big hotel/apartment complex. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Good location very close to a huge mall and tram ride to surfers! The perfect location.
