The property is beautiful and only about a 20minute walk from the Firenze S.M. train station (which isn't too bad depending on your luggage). The woman who is at the b&b in the morning I wonderful, she is very friendly and has great advice about what to see in Florence.
For Americans stying here, this is a bed and breakfast and you will need an access code to get in for the first time. I would make sure you contact the b&b before hand about how to check in and make sure you have a phone that works/can call in Italy.
I had the single/twin bed room up stairs. It is not a bad room, it is just a little small and has a slanted ceiling, so if you are y'all you may want to consider one of their other rooms. The bathroom for the single room upstairs is separate and directly across the landing from the room.
Aside from having a little trouble checking in, I really enjoyed my stay here. The building and amenities are excellent, the indoor and outdoor sitting areas are beautiful.
