The staff at the hotel were awesome. Very helpful, very kind. The air conditioning did not work. We had a portable fan brought in to circulate the air. Room gets very hot and bathroom steams up quickly.

The location of the hotel was quite convenient, walking location to shops and major attractions in the heart of Florence. Interior of the room was very clean and modern. Really appreciated the friendly and hospitable staff: Kathleen, Karen, Jasper and Niccola made our stay as comfortable as they could. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the hotel. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect. Just a couple of blocks from the train station and a few blocks from the Duomo and all the beautiful parts of central Florence. The room was super modern and clean. Breakfast was excellent with full barista services. An incredible value.

By far better than I expected. Spacious suite, the only issue is that there is no bathroom upstair which is the main bedroom.
