The room was okay. For the price can’t ask for better. Everything work fine, fully equipped, and breakfast included with very good choices of items and coffees. I will return to this place if I have another opportunity because the staff it’s very friendly, very close to the train station and with lots of restaurants and stores around.

My overall experience with Aurum Firenze was awesome. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was perfect. The hotel is located in a perfect spot. The staff were top tier☺️🤌 I would most definitely stay here again.

9 day stay. The property hit my must-haves! Central location, clean, affordable, and safe. 5/5 in all these areas! There is nothing they can do about dirty streets but the filth did not cross the threshold. T2 tram from the airport is 2 blocks away. The central market is 2 blocks in the other direction. Key card swipe after dark. 24 hour desk service. Breakfast on the 5th floor with views. Very courteous staff. The only complaint is breakfast tables are cleared very quickly while I went for a americano refill. Will definitely return here.

Great place to stay!

The hotel is located in a perfect location and is near to all attractions. The room is clean. The staffs are friendly. The breakfast is good too. I would love to have another stay if I visit Florence again in the future.

Good budget hotel

Everything was as you would expect it to be. Breakfast service was excellent, the bed was comfortable and the shower was decent. Cleaning staff did a great job. I did report a minor issue with the plug not working but other than that it was absolutely fine.
