This is a wonderful choice for being in easy walking distance to the major sights in Florence, plus many shops and restaurants. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The only drawback is the flight of stairs to climb to get to the reception desk, but that is minor compared to all the positives of staying here. We would definitely stay again.

Great location in the center of all the main sites. Even the furthest site was only ~10 minutes away. Because it's so close to everything, was able to stop at the B&B anytime to get refreshed and some relief from the summer heat! Staff was wonderful and spoke English. Would highly recommend this beautiful establishment.

I had stayed there seven years ago and this is where I cam back to. That pretty much says it all. It was as I remembered it. Clean, impeccable, accessible, and the staff was very helpful.

Beautiful bed and breakfast in Florence, with lovely decorations in the reception and lobby and halls. Located close to everything but very hard to locate with Google maps. Small room but the bed was nice. There was no breakfast provided but there was a coffee machine in the lobby. No elevator and the rooms are in the second floor of the building, so not accessible to anyone with ambition issues. Right next door to an amazing bar with very unique drinks.

We stayed here while in Florence and it is convenient and centrally located. Check in was super easy and the staff (Rita) were all great. I had asked about laundry services, and while they are not onsite, they had printed out directions and instructions for us to the local laundromat!! Amazing consideration!! Our room was spacious and the shower was amazing with a rain shower head that felt great after a long day of walking Florence. The only downside was our room was over an internal storage area where workers would smoke, so we couldn’t leave our windows open (but it was raining most the time we were in Florence). Also, the hotel does not offer any breakfast if you are wanting that, but we didn’t mind as we wanted to get out and experience Florence and find food ourselves. For the cleanliness, convenience, service, and location - Highly Recommend!!

We had a great overnight at this charming little place, booking 2 rooms for our party of 5, both with en suite bath. The management were very friendly and accommodating — we were able us to store our bags there both before and after our check in/out as we explored Florence — they were also able to offer an excellent restaurant suggestion for dinner. The B&B is ideally located within easy walking distance of most major sites, but on a quiet street. The bed was comfortably firm and the common area a nice place to have a glass of wine before dinner with our group or coffee together in the morning. We skipped the in-house breakfast opting to just have starter coffee then head out for espresso and pastries nearby. The rooms were well appointed making good use of the space. The bathrooms were clean and had what we needed, again very space efficient. All in all a nice overnight for our group. Would recommend and would stay again.

Although the room is not big, it is sufficient, the heating is sufficient, and it is very quiet. It's exactly a fifteen-minute walk from the train station and super close to the main attractions. There are also many delicious restaurants around. The toilet is opposite the room and needs to be exited, which makes it a little troublesome to lock the door when entering and exiting. It is suggested that the owner should change to a password lock for more convenience. Overall, I am very satisfied with the price. Nine points for satisfaction, and one point for encouragement!

The property is within walking distance to main sights, and Rita, the property manager, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. This was my second visit to Florence, and I’d definitely recommend this place over others I’ve stayed at.
