"Such a lovely apartment and location - about 1km from middle of Broadbeach where restaurants and supermarket etc are. we personally loved the location as was quiet of a night but still close enough to everything. Super close to the beach - very good cafes only couple hundred metres away for morning coffees etc - great views and super modern and clean areas. We used the bbq and pool/spa areas which was great. The lady at the desk was amazing - so helpful, lovely and just really refreshing to...

"This was our 3rd stay here because of its cleanliness, location, amenities and those views from the sky view rooms. Its a bit dearer than the majority of stays in the area but the views and location make it all worthwhile. Only downside was no safe in room not usb ports to charge devices so pack your adapter. "

"Love this hotel. My previous stay was a bit nicer though. Stayed in the same type of room as last time, however the layout was different and not as clean. Side note, the rooms need better air circulation. Aircon is good but it's still quite stuffy inside. "

"Stayed in lovely 2 bedroom (2 double beds) Perfect location, tram just across the road. Apartment was lovely and super clean, with everything we needed. Beautiful breakfast ground floor at restaurant. Short walk to beach, pool and spa on site. However there is new construction happening across the road but only working day hours so not really a bother. Would definately stay again."

"Very impressed with this property. Nice huge apartment and well stocked with kitchen utensils. Gym was well equipped as well. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. We arrived late and communications couldn't have been any better. "

"Amazing views and well appointed apartment for a short stay within walking distance of all Broadbeach restaurants. Downsides- The rooms needed a good dusting and the linens/pillows had seen better days. Plus, for the price per night I would expect a coffee pod machine (not instant coffee from the 80s) in the kitchen and facial tissues in the bathroom at a bare minimum. It was also kind of weird that the 2nd bedroom / bathroom was locked with threatening notes on the doors about paying extra...

"Very nice and spacious apartment. There is dinning, living room and balcony area. There are dryer and washing machine as well. Nice view and it is short walking distance to the beach. Daily cleaning service provided. Car parking is easy. Some area to touch up such as shower holder fall off and kitchen light to be changed but just give a ring and their handyman will come and fix it. Overall it is a Comfortable stay. Highly recommended."

"Positives: Overall good bang for your buck. I was up high in a 2 bd apartment and the views were gorgeous, location was perfect to just walk out and eat or shop. Room was neat and tidy. Free parking. Negatives: No cleaning service during your stay even if for 4 days. Toilet seat was broken, couch was stained, dusty in the wardrobe which got all over my clothes and a lot of the cutlery/dining ware/cups were dirty. But as they asked me to clean all dishes and take rubbish out myself before...
